MCTS has the proper cleanroom environment, knowledge and necessary equipment to achieve the results required to produce a clean component for use in oxygen service.
We certify that your component is clean for oxygen service. The most commonly used spec in the industry is CGA G-4.1.
We have the capability to clean most any size (up to 23.5 ft long), shape, or quantity to any spec that meets or exceeds the high standard of CGA G-4.1 or any customer required specification.
All components are cleaned in our cleanroom, rinsed with filtered water and then a final DI water rinse. All cleaned parts are bagged and sealed in our cleanroom with 6mil poly and labeled as cleaned for oxygen service, the part description, and any other requirements to meet the labeling needs of our customers.
MCTS has high purity nitrogen urge packaging available to our customers upon request. Double bagging is also upon request.
MCTS has the capability to clean:
Passivation improves the corrosion resistance properties of components made of precipitation-hardened, austenitic, ferric and martensitic steels.
Passivation treatments improve the surface condition of stainless steel by dissolving iron that has been imbedded in the surface during forming or machining. If allowed to remain, the iron can corrode and give the appearance of rust spots on the stainless steel.

We have the capability to clean most any size (up to 23.5 ft long), shape, or quantity to any spec that meets or exceeds ASTM A380/ A967/B254.
All components are cleaned in a citric acid solution, rinsed with filtered water, and then a final rinse with DI Water. Most Cleaned parts are capped, bagged and sealed in our cleanroom with 6 mil poly and labeled per our customer’s requirements.
